Frequently asked questions
Can I watch the cameras from my phone?
Yes. We set up app access on iPhone and Android over an encrypted connection, without exposing the cameras directly to the internet.
I have employees: can I install cameras?
Yes, but in Italy only for organisational, safety or asset-protection needs, and after a trade-union agreement or authorisation from the Labour Inspectorate. We tell you what is required and frame the cameras accordingly.
Do you work on existing systems?
Yes: we integrate cameras and devices you already have, if compatible, and replace only what is needed.
How long are recordings kept?
Only as long as the purpose requires, usually a few days: we set up automatic deletion.
