Privacy Policy — Edora

Edora is Aumatex’s platform for nutritionists and their patients, currently in preparation. This page describes the data handled when you contact us about Edora. The full privacy policy of the service will be published here before it opens to the public. It follows Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Edora

1. Data controller

  • Aumatex is the controller of the data you send us when you ask for information or a demo of Edora.
  • Requests about personal data: privacy@aumatex.it.

2. Edora today

  • Edora is in preparation and not yet open to the public: access is by invitation only, as part of a pilot with a group of nutritionists.
  • The roles in processing the service’s data and the related safeguards will be described in the full policy, published on this page before the opening.

3. Requests for information and demos

  • If you write to us about Edora, we use your name, email address and what you tell us in your message to reply to you and arrange a demo: pre-contractual steps you asked for (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Requests to exercise your rights sent to privacy@aumatex.it are handled to comply with a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

4. Retention

  • We keep the data of requests for 12 months from the last contact, unless a contractual relationship starts or further legal obligations apply.

5. Your rights

  • You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability by writing to privacy@aumatex.it.
  • You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).

6. Changes to this Privacy Policy

  • Aumatex SRLS will update this policy before Edora opens: the date at the top of the page marks the latest revision.
