The meal plan, from nutritionist to patient.
Edora is the platform for nutritionists, dietitians and nutrition physicians and for the people they follow. The professional writes the plan in their panel, the patient finds it in the app, follows it meal by meal and reports how it went. On the web, on iPhone and on Android.

The plan
A plan that speaks the nutritionist’s language
Foods with their quantities in grams, alternatives for every meal, reusable lists of alternatives and guidance in chapters: Edora follows the way professionals already write their plans. Every published plan is a version with its own date, so you always know what applied and when.
- Typical days, such as rest and training
- “A or B” alternatives and reusable lists
- Dated versions: every change is a new version
For the patient
One tap per meal, even offline
In the app the patient finds today’s meals and the week’s, picks the day’s alternative and marks each meal as followed, changed or skipped, with no judgement. The plan stays on the phone and opens offline too; water, weight and progress live in the same app, along with meal reminders.
- A reminder at the time of each meal
- Water by the glass, weight and progress
- Messages with their own nutritionist
For the professional
Planned and eaten, at a glance
From the panel the professional sees the patient’s week meal by meal, the weight trend and body measurements, and replies to messages. The plan is comfortably written at the computer; from the phone you read the diary and reply.

How it’s designed
Wellbeing and nutrition education
Edora supports wellbeing, weight and nutrition-education journeys led by a professional.
The patient decides
The professional sees the diary only after the patient’s explicit consent, given in the app.
One app, three platforms
Web, iPhone and Android are built from the same code: the patient finds plan and diary on every device.
